La ira no deja pensar claro / Anger avoids clear thinking
La ira no deja pensar claramente a quien la padece. Si no piensa claramente se generan situaciones que en lugar de mejorar lo que se quiere lograr, lo entorpece y normalmente genera los peores resultados posibles. No esperemos lograr los mejores resultados si tomamos las decisiones en un momento de ira.
Un ejemplo sencillo es vivir en conflicto con todas las personas, "defendiéndose" de los ataques que le hacen continuamente otras personas. Si usted maneja twitter, facebook, blog o cualquier red social o de comunicación masiva, está propenso a que lo critiquen, hay que entender que esto siempre va a pasar si expone sus criterios al mundo. Cada ser humano es un universo diferente que puede pensar muy diferente a usted. Así que como escritor masivo debe estar conciente de esto y no dejarse llevar por la ira cada que le contestan algo que no quiere o que va en contra de lo que usted opina. Es muy triste ver que pase de escribir temas que engrandecen su valor y aportan valor a quienes lo leen, a que se dedique a insultar a todos los que le han criticado por algo que puede o no haber realizado y que precisamente generó esos comentarios.
Con nuestra familia y en nuestro trabajo es fundamental no dejarse llevar por la ira, esta puede causarnos errores continuos, problemas con los compañeros y eventualmente perderlo todo definitivamente.
Además es bien sabido que la ira mal manejada genera problemas en nuestra salud. Evite la ira, viva con tranquilidad para que se engrandezca su mente.
Con nuestra familia y en nuestro trabajo es fundamental no dejarse llevar por la ira, esta puede causarnos errores continuos, problemas con los compañeros y eventualmente perderlo todo definitivamente.
