Who was the first saying "That's a really good question", but in fact that is not important, the important here is what it really means? If your interviewee say that, it means that all your other questions were bullsh**? or what? If you say that to your interviewer, what are you saying really? "all your other questions are worthless" I truly believe that isn't necessary to say that expression before answer a question. Just answer... or if you prefer use your better attitude when answering the best ones.
